Now, I think I'll be the first one to do this.
I think we need discussion in this thread and the like, not limiting ourselves to only submitting and commenting work. So I'll start us off with a cheesy question!  My inspiration comes from self-conflict, what goes on in my head, my views on things, and experiences much note-worthy. Sometimes just letting things out onto paper is so relaxing. Oh, and BTW, let's try to keep this going, and not just a 'reply to the topic question' thread. Try asking about what inspired a certain work from one of the authors here, etc etc. |

Most books I read are inspiration to me. Sometimes, I'm just standing there I see all these things and somehow, I want to write a story based on that. I've never really written poem that wasn't inspired by what's going on like love poems or just plain silly poems. Basically, it's what position I'm in when I think of a story..
