 Hi.. I'm trying to get started making layouts/blogskins but I have no idea what programs I need... If anyone could please tell me just the programs that I need to make blogskins/layouts I would really appreciate it  I just have no idea where to even begin with trying to find out, So someone... i use photoshop...in my opinioon itz the best one out there! for coding i use editpad you can download the free version here http://editpadpro.com/download.html. and of course i use creatblog for codes!
