I see alot of peoplesxangas with their comment pages part of their skins (example xanga.com/toomanywordz , click on his comments and it is still in the skin!) How do you do that?
Also, how do you include thoose cool smilies in your comment box? Where do you paste the code?? |

The code for smilies usually goes in the website stats.
