well my friend told me that hilary duff and usher are a "couple". i but i dotn really belive her so i want to know from you guys, is it true!??! my friend read it in a magizine and she said she heard it on trl too. but if they are i think usher is a bit too desperate

Well, i heard that she's dating Joel from GC(Good Charlotte). I think he's like...19? or 20...i'm not sure...but she's definetely not with usher...
