is it the stigma of everyone finding out your gay or is it the rejection.... i don't know but i always asked the guy then they were like, "How did you know i liked you?" and i was liek i took a chance.. but yeah... i wanna here your perspective guys and girls, straight or not! why do you think it is so hard... ?

for those who said they dod not understand the question it was why is it so hard for a GAy guy to ask another gay that they do not know is gay out ....

i dont think the first few did.

He did not ask "why is it hard for a guy to ask out a girl".

He asked "why is it hard for a guy to openly admit he is gay to a fellow guy and ask them out".


My answer is this, they are most likly afraid. Afraid of what there fellow classmates think, afraid of what there friends might think, and especaly afraid of what the guy they like may think. It is a VERY big fear for them, since i mean guys asking otu girls is normal, but if u ask out another guy, and he is not gay and doesnt like u, word could get out and you rep could be blown. Most people dont like others knowing that they are gay, sure its more common to be open but more often then not they dont want the whole school knowing.
