Does anyone know where I can get 2 tutorials? One is vectoring, for PHOTOSHOP! and the other one is vexel. I'm not sure if I'm right about what vexel means but this girl did it on her xanga : asiancandie . If anyone knows where I can get tutorials on this, reply please.

QUOTE(addictedtoxangie @ Oct 20 2004, 7:28 PM) you can vector on photoshop, i've done it. its like the same thing on illustrator. and the vexel, i think its how this person did it: http://www.xanga.com/asiancandie if its not vexel, can someone tell me how to like put a girl on an image or anything, and then instead of vectoring, i could put like stripes as a fill or something. No. Asian Candie's xanga does not have a vexel. A vector and a vexel are almost the same, except a vexel is done in Photoshop and a vector is done in Illustrator. You cannot vector in Photoshop because it is some sort of raster based program or something. Queentot explained it to me once.. So when you have a vector, it's done in Illustrator with the pen tool or selection tool or something. And when you have a vexel, it's done in Photoshop.. yeah. They're almost the same thing. Asian Candie's layout has uhm.. an outline of a girl. |
