Help with posistioning, starting out a skin Options

Okay, I'm in the very very beginning of my new skin, and I've made one before, but I hadn't had this problem before.
When I deleted the left module, and put my own it, that worked fine. But then the part where you put in the posts is at the bottom of the screen, instead of at the top, even with the module. The only codes I have so far are:

That still didn't work..... it just pushed it further down.
