Did any of you guys see SNL last night when Ashlee Simpson performed? I wanted to but I missed it. My mom heard on the radio today that on SNL Ashlee was lip syncing (dunno if i spelled that right) and her vocals that were on the tape and her band didnt match up, so everything was out of sync and she got mad and stormed off the stage.
 pretty funny, huh?

its not the fact that she lip-synced that is bothering us .... maybe if you delved a bit deeper into the topic ... you would have a more informed opinion.
the fact that she has commented on lip-synching (before the incident) and disparaged it saying that she wants her real talent to shine through is kind of the icing on the cake. its not much about the fact that she did lip-synch ... its more of her hypocrisy towards it. and the fact that she has constant "acid reflux" says a lot as well .... I caught a little bit of "The Ashlee Simpson show" *stabs self in eye* and it appeared that she had problems with her voice back then as well ... If you are going to have these kinds of problems, you aren't cut out for the singing world. And I didn't even mention her lack of talent in the singing department ... which basically encompasses what it is to be a singer. But I guess I'm mentioning it right now since I'm typing this sentence right now (period). I also find it hard to believe how she seemed to magically be okay a few days after the performance on SNL for the RMA's .... makes you think doesn't it? Also .... the type of music that she "claims" to be classified as is "rock" . Do you see any rock groups lip-synching? No. And plus she doesn't even dance for god's sakes. I could go on and on. |
