help with custom modules?, something's wrong with the code i used.. Options

there's something wrong with the code i used for my custom modules and i cant figure out what it is..the "blah blah blah" module with my chatterbox isnt in its own box it does this weird thing and the border wraps around my entries i dont know what i did wrong but can somebody please help me??? id greatly appreciate it thanks
