just wanted to see who puts up a masquerade in life. &what theyr reasons are.
i have a mask because first. i dont want my angst or saddness to um travel to other people? like i dont want them to also feel that way cause it will so called suck for them. &also i do because people tend to judge and i hate it when people judge you so i say might as well fake life since people will put you in a certain category. but i dont want a category. so tell me. |

I put on this mask every day.
I smile and laugh with everyone. I listen to my friends when they have trouble with their boyfriends. But I'm actually crying inside. I have troubles too. Troubles no one else knows. I hate being like this. It's like living two lives. I put on a mask for most people. But I'm the real me with some people. Oreo_bro, your poem just voiced out everything I've been feeling in the past year. |
