can someone pls. tell me how to animate soemthing that is not animated???????????????
cause wen i use prgrams and paste them they stop animating and so yea. is there like a site or sometin that can help me animate stufff that i want to animate or wat can ido...?

try and learn flash or maybe learn how to use a GIF animator.
