I have extremely bad PMS. It's where I'm at the lowest point of my life. I always yell at people during that time of the month. No one is my friend. I have low self esteem. The list goes on and on...

my PMS isnt bad at all, i juss act normal but i dun really like doing active things while i have my PMS
