Yeah.
Okay. I don't exactly know how to respond to this. Okay, so my ex just IM'd me.. as usual. So we're talking. He's all "weee! I'm happy" and sh1t like that, so I ask why. He tells me it's in his xanga. So I go and read. Apparently he asked another girl out, and she said yes.. she's a grade older, too, by the way. Okay, so anyway. What the hell should I say!? We only broke up a couple weeks ago. I don't want to be happy for him, because I haven't completely moved on yet, but it's pretty damned obvious that he has. I do NOT want to be happy for him, so what should my reaction be? I want to be a b1tch, but I know I shouldn't. What's a good and neutral reaction to that? -_- |

Same thing happened to me, except my ex started going out with another girl about 3 days after we broke up. I was pissed off, and jealous. A few days later my friend Jake asked me out, and I had always kinda liked him so I said yes, but part of me just wanted to show my ex that he wasn't the only guy I could get. BUt overal, my ex's plan worked--he got me jealous. Thats all he wanted to do. Next time your ex IMs you, be really happy for him. Tell him its awesome that he has a girlfriend. Dont let him get you jealous. Pretty soon you wont even care.
