I have extremely bad PMS. It's where I'm at the lowest point of my life. I always yell at people during that time of the month. No one is my friend. I have low self esteem. The list goes on and on...

I get headaches, bloating, crankiness, whiney, moody, pissy, the back pains and the body aches... i get it alllll. LOL. It's the worst
