Tools needed: Spoon, cleaver, bucket, glue. Rust optional.

So you want smaller breasts, eh? Easy.

Take the cleaver and slice around your aerola. Take the spoon and heap out all the fat you want gone. Glue your nipple back on, and move onto the other breast.

uh... I wanted to laugh but i ended up slightly choking on this one...it does sound very simple, though. Come to think of it, it would probably work if it didn't hurt so much.
