Does anyone know where I can get 2 tutorials? One is vectoring, for PHOTOSHOP! and the other one is vexel. I'm not sure if I'm right about what vexel means but this girl did it on her xanga : asiancandie . If anyone knows where I can get tutorials on this, reply please.

You can't vector on Photoshop, you have to have Illustrator.
To vexel, well you can do that on Photoshop, but I forgot what you have to do. Try looking in the tutorials section. |
