i dont think there's anything wrong with a guy 3 years older than you. thats my opinion anyways. lol. the oldest guy ive gone out with was 4 yrs older than me. harhar. and another one was 3 years older than me. he was my bro's friend too and he was my first boyf. give it a shot. dont start hitting on him suddenly. take it slow. and uhmm.. try to see how he reacts to your sudden interest in him. in some cases, it might just turn that he just looks at you as his friends little sister. sad.
