whenever i put the code for entering and leaving pop up in my custon header the entering one doesnt pop up.. only the leaving on does .... ? can you pweaz help me

okay now it works but for the entering pop up its like on a blue screen nd yu click ok er w.e then it shows my back ground its not just normal like it opens yur xanga then the pop up?
get what im syaing ? Go look at my xanga nd see wut i mean... My xangurr Pweaz Help! ! !
