haha im doing research in school. i thought this fact would be good to hear-
Adolescents aren't biologically able to fall asleep before 11 at night and are pshycologically awake after 8 in the morning. hah.

Did you know our biological clock is on 25 hours instead of the normal 24 hours a whole day is
