How do I insert a windows media player in a zanga post to allow optional playing? Is it possible?

But I've looked all over and I can't find the code. It doesn't have to be windows media player, any kind will do. Just a video player with controls (play, stop, ect ect.) that will work on xanga. Does anyone know where I can find a code like this?
