haha im doing research in school. i thought this fact would be good to hear-
Adolescents aren't biologically able to fall asleep before 11 at night and are pshycologically awake after 8 in the morning. hah.

very interesting. explains why im sleeping past 11 and not fully awake around 8. or maybe is it the massive amount of hw that i have....
