Playlist pushing modules to the bottom?, Playlist makes the modules on the bottom

Anyway, I was putting in the playlist code this morning, and when I previewed it, it had pushed the left and right side modules (sorry if that's the wrong word, I'm not technically savvy) to the bottom, and I was wondering if there's a way to remedy this? Thanks for any help.
