I have extremely bad PMS. It's where I'm at the lowest point of my life. I always yell at people during that time of the month. No one is my friend. I have low self esteem. The list goes on and on...

I'm just emotional at home, I either don't eat a lot or eat too much. I'm bitchier at people. And I can't concentrate on school work, or other things.
