wow everyone seems to be on a smoothie craze..i come here and i see like 5 new topics on smoothies..haha. anyhow, i was in cooking class and we made tortilla chips.
a couple of soft tortilla wraps olive oil pastry brush seasonings [salt, pepper, oregano, etc..be creative] knife 1. brush olive oil onto a tortilla ..cover the whole thing with oil. [olive oil is good for you! better than butter..haha] 2. sprinkle salt on your tortilla..not too much or it'll be realllllly salty. 3. then sprinkle whatever seasonings you like onto the tortilla. 4. cut the tortilla into 8 equal pieces, so they look like tortilla chips 5. bake in the oven..350 degrees until golden brown, which should be like 5 mins? depending on your oven. so until golden brown basically =P |
