Do any of you believe that Jin the MC will actually make big in mainstream rap?
Based on his attempt when he had 'Learn Chinese' on TRL, I don't think so. (He didn't place in the countdown) I mean, he can rap well, but can he rap for the mainstream money? |

i listened to his new album. i'm gonna buy it. but in my opinion, some of his songs don't sound like singles or things that everybody will be listening to in their cars. i want him to succeed. i really hope he does.. i hope snacky chan will come out soon also. haha
the whole "jin got the whole asian community involved into hip hop". no, that's not true. asians loved hiphop before jin came out. (with me, it was bone thugz n harmony's "crossroads".. my first taste) utada hikaru, i liked her japanese music better than her american. "easy breezy" is so corny lol but i hope she succeeds also. i kinda doubt it though.. i hope that the press she's getting will help her out. (she was in seventeen magazine, a whole page =O) |
