I JUST WANT MY COMMENT BOX A DIFFERENT COLOR, please? Options

alright you know how the comment boxes are white? is there a code i can use to change the BG color of the actual box where people type comments? i would appreciate it lots!

just change the part that's bolded (the opacity) to a number from 0-100. i think the higher the number, the more transparent it gets... or it might be the other way around... i forgot :
