How do U go to the "Look and Feel", When... Options

And now I cant go to the look and feel andmore b.c my "private" module is gone. Does anyone know how to bring it back?

you just type " www.xanga.com/CLAF " (once you are signed in) and then it will lead you to your Look and Feel
