One of my teachers today presented an article that said over 40% of the people that do vote, vote based on TV soundbytes.
In my opinion, this nullifies the 40% of the popular vote, stressing the necessity for the Electoral College. So, the debatable question is: Should campaigns in the future be deterred from advertising so heavily? |
