So it seems its Beantown against the Bronx yet again. Who do you think will win? And base this one on facts, not on team preference.
As much as I root for the Yankees, I think the Red Sox have an edge because of their pitching staff. Both staffs have been average or below, but I think the Yankees staff *SUCKED* this year. Even Moose was sub-par. Yes, Pedro still has the mind of a three year old, and Schilling has not been up to his potential, but I still think the Red Sox have an edge pitching wise. Position wise, I think both teams are about even, with the odds leaning more to the Yankees side. We'll just have to see how A-Rod performs in the big stage. So, what do you think? Yankees? Red Sox? Why?? Remember, base it on facts, not preference. ![]() |

Lets be real! There is only one real winning pitcher(when I say winning like World series winning) on the Red Sox pitching staff and its Kurt but, he has been sucking lately. The Yankees may not have the best pitching staff but they usually find a way to beat people even with bad pitching. We didn't have the best record in the AL for nothing. And, the red sox barely clinched the wild card. Saying that, the red sox can be beat! Probably only people I am afraid of is Manny and Ortiz...those nikkus can hit...
