i-frames/ DIV's?, someoneeee =] Options

hi there! okay, i'm lost. i already made my background/skin thing, and i can do all the image mapping and stuff, but i have no idea how to use the DIV layering or the i-frames, i don't even know which one i'm sposed to use... lol. basically what i want is to have a small-ish box like maybe 4 inches high and 3 or 4 in width off to the right side of the page..? can someone please show me how to do that? it'll be greatly appreciated i guess either reply on here or PM me..?

Erase 'WIDTH' and type in about the width of what you want your text area to be (you can adjust it later), do the same with the 'HEIGHT'. Play around with the 'LEFTS' and 'TOPS' for a bit and you'll get the hang of it (Try negative numbers if positive numbers don't work). (PM me if you need any help with this.)

okay thanks so much!! but is there any way to tell like, is i number is a certain size, it'll be that many inches..?? does that make sense?

like..

->> 450px or w.e would be, say, 1 inch? or
->> -750px is, idk, 8 inches? ((random numbers))

..am i even making sense? arrrrgh sry idk how to explain this any better but thank you oh so much!!
