omg we got a new internet thing called ethernet. i don't know what it is... i think its a built in wireless system or something.
but HOLY SHIT it makes CABLE seem SLOW. its so goddamn fast!!! um. i dont know if it should be in the lounge. but i'm just so amazed i had to post this. does anyone else have ethernet? |

Ethernet is a local area network, or LAN. Since the cable used is different (if you use wireless then there are no cables!), and the distance is closer, you can get speeds at up to 100mb per second. As opposed to 768k up/down. But the fastest speeds are achieved through sneakernet
