What are some free sites that I can download (free) a spybot ir something to take off adware and spyware from my computer?

Only use Hijackthis if you are a expert in knowing what everything does.
Don't delete anything when using hijackthis or else if you delete something, it can screw your comp up pretty bad. The current things I have are: 1) Spybot Search and Destroy (good) 2) Adaware (good also) 3) Spyware blaster (good) 4) Stopzilla (to stop popups) 5) peerguardian (to stop ips from connecting to u) if you need links to any of these programs.
