okay plain and simple; I need some advice. Almost everday I am fatigued
 and sleepy. Is there any way that I can rid myself of this tired feeling? (besides sleeping more, which is an obvious answer)

eat more carbs, get more rest, keep urself hydrated, and entertained ~_~
