okay plain and simple; I need some advice. Almost everday I am fatigued
 and sleepy. Is there any way that I can rid myself of this tired feeling? (besides sleeping more, which is an obvious answer)

maybe its caused by inactivity. you should play sports or something.
and drink coffee in the morning =D and before you go to sleep at night, drink a glass of milk. it'll help you sleep well. |
