okay plain and simple; I need some advice. Almost everday I am fatigued
 and sleepy. Is there any way that I can rid myself of this tired feeling? (besides sleeping more, which is an obvious answer)

besides gettin more sleep...probably your not keeping active....cut days short....you think too much...i dont know...boredom?
