For instance, eating beef is normal but if you eat ostrich meat (or something like that), it seems to be cruel. Why is that?
Do you think all animals should be treated equally or not? |

i eat ostrich. i love it. it's like a cross between pork and beef, but tender like veal.
it is superb. and no, it does not taste like chicken. generally, the more fluffy an animal, the less it's acceptable to eat it. I eat meat because i love animals. they taste good. meat is not murder. what you mean to say is killing animals is murder. yet i ask you where the cow would be today if not for humans eating them. let's take the buffalo and the cow- buffalo were hunted, cows were raised then killed. there are millions of cows today. the american buffalo is exinct. sure, they live a life in which they're purpose is to die. but everything that lives dies, and buffalo have stopped living. if we didn't raise domestic animals, we would be the only species in many parts of the world. |
