do you know any words that you heard from different languages that sounds like from your language but then it's different meaning?
like i found out one word in japanese, "kiseki"... if you say that, then it's a cussing word in korean >.<;;;; my friends were all laughin' cause of it and also... i also found vietnamese word "heo" if u say it then it sounds like they are saying "hell" haha. im not makin' fun of their languages and all...just interesting. so do you know any words that you heard from different languages that sounds like from your lanuage but then it's a different meaning? . . |

this is kinda off topic, but i find this funny. When i was really little, before pokemon came out to the US, i saw a pikachu doll in some japanese store, and i didnt know what it was. so i picked it up, and it went PIKACHU! but since pokemon didnt come out yet, me and my brother could have sworn it said f*** you! lol i wanted to get it so bad...
