i need help for putting a picture at the top of my site.. oh whats it called.. a banner?? i dont know but i dont know how =( go to my site and right above the marquee is wherei want a picture. can anybody hlep? thanks!

okay thanks but now the picture is still on right and the marquee is right next to it
