anyone ever get muscle sores? from like excessive use of ur muscles or like playing a lot of sports?
my leg muscles are killin me right now, and i'm wondering if any of u guys know any ways to relieve it a bit. i know it usually lasts a few days, but is there any way to relieve it instead of waiting it out? lol weird topic, but thanksss.  any of u ever get em? annoying, right? lol. |

oh yeah pain from lifting waits is a B@#$@. Get it all the time, all i really can say is suck it up and take a long nice warm bath, and keep working hard.
