It's really good and really easy to make. It's low in fat too laugh.gif

QUOTE(Ingredients)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup water
2 tablespoons instant coffee
4 3/4 cups skim milk
1/2 teaspoons. peppermint extract

-------------------------------
1. Combine sugar and cocoa in a medium saucepan. Stir it well. Add water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
2. Stir in coffee granules. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly throughout. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
3. Remove from heat, then stir in the peppermint.
4. Beat with a whisk until foamy.

Best served warm, but if you want a chilly drink, just shove it in the freezer for an hour. laugh.gif
