links will not work Options

for some reason my links won't work with the blink 182 skin (#628). ive used skins before and im typing in the links exactly right (i hope)
<a href="URL HERE">LINK NAME</a><br>

Example from code:
<p class="navhead">Links</p>
<a href="http://www.homestarrunner.com">Homestar Runner</a><br>

and that link wont work. anyone else have this problem with this skin? is there something else in the code that might affect the links?
