QUOTE(Ingredients) One 15-ounce can cream style corn One 11-ounce can cut corn 2 cups water 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 8 ounces light sour cream ------------------------ 1. In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except sour cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and cook just until thoroughly heated. It must be LIGHT sour cream. Heavy sour cream will make the soup thick and unpleasant. ![]() |

mm sounds yummy! my mom makes creamy corn soup too, but all she does is take 1 can of cream of corn, 1 can of corn niblets, and add milk and water
