Note:
Please note that this food is very HOT. If you would like to taste or eat it, remember to have lots of water at your side. Just in case. Ingredients: eggplant ampalaya 1/2 pc. red pepper 1/2 pc. finger sili 1/4 c. coconut milk 1 clove garlic 50 g. pork 50 g. shrimp bagoong Procedure: 1. Sauté the garlic, pork and shrimp. 2. Add the vegetables and bagoong. Add coconut milk and bring to a boil till the vegetables are done. |
