how do u make a website where you can make up the site name
for example : www.sparkletears.com for free? does it cost money?  and i noticed that some websites end with .net, .org, .com, and other things. what's the difference? |

typically, if you want the name you have to register it. as for the difference between .com, .net, .org, etc...
.com - commerical organizations, businesses, companies .net - network providers .org - nonprofit organizations however, nowadays people are registering domain names with various extensions for whatever reason, so the original use is kind of insignificant. |
