Jasc Paint Shop Pro > File > Export > Image Mapper
OR Adobe Image Ready > Image Mapper (it's somewhere there. xD) It's pretty easy, I don't think you'll need much help with it. =] If you don't have any of those programs, you can just go to http://www.pcoward.com/imagemapper
