scrollbar with entries???, i need help...... Options

i dont know if this already has been asked, but how do you get ur entries 2 have a seperate scrollbar than the main page scrollbar????? i want it to look like this persons entries, only in different colors to go with my xanga... my xanga is here please help!!!!!

well like i said... the example site you gave us uses this exact same code here:

(which you put in your header) if you don't want a scrollbar around the entire thing, including the modules, you'll probably have to take out your modules and do it that way. the site you gave us has it aruond both of the modules and entries
