website design contest., im giving away a free cb tshirt. Options

im the webmaster for my school's kasa (korean american student association). theyve a website and im suppose to redesign it, save that i dont really think i have the time. so here's the deal, submit here with a website design (must hvae something to do with the korean american culture/experience) and the winner gets a free cb tshirt. you dont have to worry about content, just the design. here's something that i would consider a good kasa website design:

*shrug* pretty simple. i'll code if it gets picked. the nav would go in the red thing that comes down and there would be an iframe in the black nothingness. yep..

the red thing would go faster, but i don't know flash so..yeah..it's supposed to be faster. it looked faster in imageready. if anyone wants to flash it that'd be fine...
