scrollbar with entries???, i need help...... Options

i dont know if this already has been asked, but how do you get ur entries 2 have a seperate scrollbar than the main page scrollbar????? i want it to look like this persons entries, only in different colors to go with my xanga... my xanga is here please help!!!!!

try putting this in your header:

you can change the width and height to your liking
