"tea time"

It's tea time, Honey, on this virginal gauze
Covered in a liquid stick
Bolting down the urn with my mother's ashes in it
They dye the plate and silverware to stone
While in the process
Of rebirth
From a single spec of whim
And salty sunflower seeds we had
While drinking tea at tea time, Honey

"Untitled"

Crepe painted rocks scrape a seedless lore
To hardened holes, like the dark marias, penetrating the air
Feinted eras erase, through mountains of pale white tips dipped in snow
Phones-losing their sweet connections 'cause this zone is dead
Like the traffic downtown-blurring, 'cause its so damn hot this summer

I saw a pretty girl step out from the heated rays,
Covered in sparkling diamond-like crystals,
Crystals known of now, but never acknowledged by men;
I tell her:
"Take in your hand and faith this soft petal's rose
Embedded so pleasantly on the surface of your skin;
Take this dog-footed being, and burry the seeds deep within"

I can't get out of my car and just walk to her
But I see, and that's all I need for now
I could reach her if I could fly
With my arms, into hers, and away
From the whole artistic scene growing in the air these days
