scrollbar with entries???, i need help...... Options

i dont know if this already has been asked, but how do you get ur entries 2 have a seperate scrollbar than the main page scrollbar????? i want it to look like this persons entries, only in different colors to go with my xanga... my xanga is here please help!!!!!

that didnt work the wai i wanted it to. i dont want an individual box around each post, i want a scrollbar for all the posts.....if that makes sense. i know that code exists because i see it on tons of sites.......thanx anywayz
